連鎖大賣場家樂福，在政府發放消費券時，推出用消費券買3600，就送7200滿額折扣送的
活動，遭到民眾痛批上當，引發軒然大波，公平交易委員會主動介入調查。
結果出爐，決議依廣告不實祭出重罰，罰金高達250萬。公平會強調，家樂福能夠使用「
滿額折價券」的商品類別與廣告不符，違反公平交易法第21條，對於不實廣告的規範，因
此要求家樂福立即停止這項買「3600消費券送7200折價券的促銷活動」，並且重罰業者
250萬元。
